Brewing delicious, naturally gluten-free beer requires highly specialist grains. Sourcing these outside the standard barley supply chain simply costs more, especially alongside rising UK utility and transport rates over the last 33 months.
This adjustment guarantees our production remains entirely sustainable. We hope our customers are able to continue to support our project to bring barley-free, NGCI (non gluten containing ingredients) beer to those wishing for an alternative to gluten-reduced beers.
