Sending any goods back to us: If any item needs to be returned, then it is ESSENTIAL that you contact us in advance for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This Returns Authorisation will advise the correct return address, and the RANumber should be clearly shown on all parcels...
Refunds: Will be made in the same way that your original payment was made. Usually Stripe is our Payments service provider, so it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your Bank or Credit Card account.
