We take a more logical route at AltGrain. We brew exclusively with No Gluten Containing Ingredients (NGCI). By starting with naturally safe grains, we ensure our brewery remains a dedicated, contamination free space. It is a straightforward process that makes our beer entirely suitable for coeliacs.
Excellent Grains, Better Flavour
Brewing this way means leaving traditional barley behind. Instead, we use a bespoke blend of malted millet, quinoa, and buckwheat. We add a touch of natural sugars to ensure the fermentation is perfectly balanced.
This practical brewing method results in a genuinely delicious drink. Whether you prefer a refreshing Blonde Ale, a hoppy Session IPA, or a balanced Pale Ale, these alternative grains deliver fantastic aroma. You get a high-quality craft beer experience without any of the worry.
