What makes our gluten-free beer different?

It all begins with a simple, logical choice. We build every recipe entirely around non gluten-containing ingredients (NGCI).

We never use barley or wheat. Instead of trying to strip gluten out at the end of the brewing process, we simply leave it out from day one. This keeps our beer naturally gluten-free and completely safe.

To make sure the flavour is absolutely spot on, we malt our own selection of naturally gluten-free cereals and pseudo-grains. It is a sensitive, technical, hands-on approach to ingredients that require excellent quality.

The end result is a brilliant, small-batch craft beer. It is brewed with care and precision for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious beer while absolutely avoiding gluten.
