FAQ: What's so different about your beers?
We create our beer recipes around the selection of non gluten-containing ingredients (NGCI) available to us.
This means that we do not use barley or wheat in any of our recipes and keeping our beers naturally gluten-free.
By malting our own grains from a selection of psuedo grains and cereals that are naturally gluten free we are able to brew small-batch craft beer for customers wishing to avoid gluten in their diet.
