Suitable for use in gluten-free full/partial grain homebrew beer recipes to add body and mouth-feel.

Add at either the boil or when bottling depending on personal preference. Use 100-200g for approx. 21 litre batch (5 US gallon), based on beer style.

Perfect for brewing gluten-free beer when using non gluten-containing ingredients (NGCI). Treat as non-fermentable sugar in recipe calculations.
